Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
- Conduct consultations to assess client security needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Work closely with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
- Represent OnCall Security Services professionally at meetings, site visits, and industry events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly
- Experience in security, facilities services, or a related industry is a plus—but not required
