The Role: An Esthetician who is a motivated self starter to educate clients on the latest and most effective treatments available for their skin care and anti aging needs.
Requirements
- Aesthetics license minimum 3 years experience and Laser Technician
- Proven sales ability, able to cross sell packages of skincare and injectables as well as retail products
- Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Able to work a fulltime shift 10 to 6 Monday through Friday
- People oriented and team player
- Thrives in high pressure- stress tolerant
- Adaptable and innovative-can solve problems in unconventional ways if necessary
- Able to retain clients year after year by providing treatment plans that achieve stellar results and client
loyalty - Detail oriented, Dependable and Friendly
- Honest and exhibits high level of integrity when dealing with clients and staff members
Benefits
Compensation: $18-$25/hr with bonus.
