OnBoard Legal is working with a boutique law firm focused on commercial real estate, development, and lending. The firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role involves representing developers, lenders, and businesses in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and complex financing matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases, as well as managing due diligence and closings. Exposure to development work (e.g., retail, multi-family, office, or mixed-use projects) and real estate finance is highly preferred.
