We're a customer-centric, results-focused team with a hunger for high-quality products and a spirit of continuous innovation. If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make things happen, you've found the right place.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Assembly & Electronic Technician to join our team — a candidate who is equally comfortable assembling products from blueprints and technical specifications, and applying electronics expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and test finished units. In this role, you will perform hands-on mechanical assembly, soldering, and functional testing, helping ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality devices to customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble products by hand tools and machines, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA)
  • Hand solder and rework through-hole and surface-mount devices; visually inspect boards under a microscope
  • Perform functional and final testing on newly built equipment to confirm it meets engineering specifications
  • Operate and interpret multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
  • Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on finished parts
  • Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, placing and tracking orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Document work by completing production, quality, and repair/root-cause reports
  • Partner with engineers and manufacturing teams to fine-tune repair and diagnostic processes
  • Communicate with contract manufacturers, operators, engineers, and inspectors on issues and progress
  • Help meet daily, weekly, and monthly production, accuracy, and efficiency goals
  • Collaborate with Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) suppliers, including on-site visits as needed, maintaining clear and effective communication to support production and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with valid state-required proof of age
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electronics, Applied Science, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics repair preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Demonstrated soldering skills and comfort with hand tools, soldering equipment, and small precision tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, and climb ladders
  • Ability to work under time constraints, multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Benefits

  • 100% employer-paid health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • 8 paid holidays plus 80 hours of vacation per year
