What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide position at On With Life?
This full-time Dietary Aide position works 5 days a week including every other weekend. In each 14-day pay period, you will work 8 weekdays and 2 weekend days. The typical shift is 6:30am - 1:30pm, though we have some flexibility on start and end times. Holidays are on a rotating schedule, Dietary Aides work approximately 2-3 major or minor holidays per year (with special holiday pay).
We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary. Dietary Aides assist the cooks with all aspects of our high quality, nutritious food service, including preparation, serving and cleanup in accordance with person-specific dietary restrictions and needs and facility, industry and regulatory safety standards for kitchens and dining spaces.
