We’re hiring Graduate Management Trainees to support vibrant pop-up sales events across Santa Ana. You’ll represent well-known consumer brands at high-traffic locations like shopping centers, outdoor festivals, and community events, engaging with the public face-to-face and creating memorable customer experiences.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, with real growth potential for those serious about kickstarting their careers in sales, leadership, and business development.
A Day in the Life
You might be setting up a brand activation booth, helping demo a trending tech product at an outdoor street market, or coordinating with your team to launch a weekend promo event in downtown Santa Ana. Every day is different — fast-paced, interactive, and results-driven.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and run branded pop-up events in malls, outdoor spaces, and other busy public areas
- Approach and engage customers with confidence, enthusiasm, and authenticity
- Share product knowledge, answer questions, and help customers make informed choices
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and on-brand event display
- Track daily metrics and celebrate wins with your team
- Receive hands-on mentorship, regular performance feedback, and structured career coaching
- Progress into Team Lead roles and Regional Supervisor opportunities for high performers
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person who thrives in social environments
- Reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in public spaces, interacting with diverse customers
- Can reliably commute to Santa Ana and various local event locations in Orange County
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not provide visa sponsorship)
- No previous sales experience required — we provide full training
