We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first individual to join our Sales team as a Brand Experience Assistant in Santa Ana. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role that combines sales, customer service, and brand storytelling — all in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
You’ll represent brands through interactive pop-up events and in-store activations across Orange County.
What You’ll Do
- Represent leading brands at retail activations, live events, and pop-up campaigns
- Start real conversations with shoppers to understand their needs and introduce the right products
- Build product interest through compelling sales-driven messaging
- Set up eye-catching brand displays in-store or at local events
- Support your team in achieving daily and weekly sales goals
- Collect feedback and insights to improve campaign performance
- Receive structured training and mentorship from experienced sales leaders
