On Track Solutions is a growing environmental services company focused exclusively on landfill gas operations, liquid management, pump systems, and field services. We partner with landfill owners and operators throughout the Southeast to improve gas collection system performance through innovative solutions, experienced personnel, and a relentless commitment to safety and execution.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to help lead that growth.

This is not a desk job. We’re looking for a proven leader who enjoys building teams, launching new projects, solving problems in the field, and developing people.

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee field operations throughout the Southeastern United States. This role is responsible for new site start-ups, recruiting and hiring field personnel, managing project logistics, supporting payroll and scheduling, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has extensive landfill gas operations experience, strong leadership skills, and is comfortable traveling to support multiple projects.

• Lead start-up and mobilization of new landfill gas projects
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop field personnel
• Manage multiple field crews across the Southeast
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, lodging, vehicles, and equipment logistics
• Review employee timekeeping and payroll for accuracy
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably
• Coach and mentor supervisors and technicians
• Build strong relationships with landfill owners and site management
• Support estimating, project planning, and operational improvements
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service
• Help develop systems and processes that allow the company to scale

• Minimum 7 years of landfill gas operations experience
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Experience leading multiple crews or managing regional operations
• Strong knowledge of landfill gas collection systems, pumps, condensate management, and field operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Must reside in the Southeastern United States
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
• Ability to work both in the field and in an office environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
