Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician at On Top of I.T. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting hardware and software installations, maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, providing on-site and remote support to clients, and ensuring the security and integrity of client data. The role is based in Tucson, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, hardware, and software installations
- Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting network systems
- Skills in providing on-site and remote technical support
- Understanding of data security and client information protection practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or similar are a plus (but not required)
Compensation
- Hourly compensation would be $20-$25 / hourly depending on experience.
- Medical/Dental/Vision available after 90 days
- Reimbursed at federal rates for all mileage.
