We're looking for an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Technician to provide remote support for our business clients. You'll troubleshoot complex workstation, server, Microsoft 365, and network issues, work alongside senior engineers on advanced problems, and help deliver an exceptional support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows workstations and Windows Server environments
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID
- Experience troubleshooting business networks, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless infrastructure
- Familiarity with Hyper-V or VMware virtualization
- Experience with RMM, PSA, and remote support platforms
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint security, and backup solutions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
