- Pay range: $4,500 to $8,500 gross per week (running 3,000 miles/week)

Lease-On Owner Operator Requirements:
- Must own or lease your own truck and trailer
- Must carry your own primary liability and physical damage insurance ($1,000,000 minimum liability; cargo insurance may be provided or required — confirm which)
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years
- Pass DOT drug test and background check
- Clean MVR — no DUI convictions in a CMV; no DUI in a non-CMV within the last 5 years
- No license suspensions within the last 2 years (case-by-case consideration for medical certification lapses or non-safety related suspensions)
- Equipment: dry van, reefer, or flatbed trailer — driver must supply both tractor and trailer; freight type varies by driver/lane
- Trailer must pass DOT inspection and be a 2015 model year or newer
- Truck must pass DOT inspection and be a 2013 model year or newer
