What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parcel Delivery Specialist position at On Time Inc?
**No CDL License Required **
Deliver parcels in the greater Chittenden county area - primarily South Burlington, Burlington, and Winooski.

Ability to routinely lift packages ranging in size (hand truck available for larger parcels)
Starting pay $22 / hour
Increases based on performance.

Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No nights
- Local
Work Days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- One-year of driving experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a relatively clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
