NOW HIRING: Overnight Customer Service Representative (Remote after Training) – $25/hr. | Full Benefits
Schedule: 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) — Wed–Sat or Sun-Wed | Hours: 9 PM–7 AM

At On Time Experts, we’re looking for a seasoned, dependable, and sharp Overnight CSR who knows how to connect with customers and support technicians in real time — even when the rest of the world is asleep.

What You'll Be Doing:
Answering after-hours customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Dispatching urgent service calls to on-call techs
Accurately inputting and managing jobs in Service Titan (preferred)
Supporting the field team with notes, updates, and real-time communication
Keeping calm under pressure and solving problems on the fly
Must-Haves:
Trade experience in HVAC, plumbing, Electrical, or a related field (required)
Service Titan experience is highly preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts (this isn’t your first rodeo!)
Ability to work from home after in-office training
Solid computer skills, great phone presence, and high attention to detail
Dependability — we run 24/7, and your shift matters
