Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Cleaner role located in Lyndhurst, NJ. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within assigned areas. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, disposing of waste, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness guidelines. The Cleaner may also perform additional duties as assigned, such as assisting with light maintenance or event setup when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols consistently
- Experience with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning agents
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and chemical handling practices (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
