Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, reliable residential cleaners who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering great service. This role offers flexible scheduling, 100% of tips, and pay increases based on performance and longevity.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of residential cleaning experience
- Understanding of standard, deep, and move-out cleaning
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Follow company checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Respect and protect client homes and property
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the team and clients
- Start laundry for linens and towels as needed
Requirements
- Must provide your own basic equipment and supplies:
- Vacuum & mop
- Broom, duster, rags
- Cleaning solutions for all surfaces (wood, tile, glass, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be on time, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Clean background required
