Shift lead:
We are a local, family-owned convenient store operation from Wilson, NC. We are seeking a bilingual, responsible and experienced shift supervisor/cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the cash register, ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management environments. As assistant manager you must be willing to work weekends, holidays as needed and must be able to be on standby.
Bilingual skills in [Spanish] and [English} are required or this position.
Daily Responsibilities
- Supervise cashiers to ensure high standards of customer service are met.
- Manage daily cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer needs and resolve any issues that arise during transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with management for reorders.
