Team Leader (Mover/Driver)

We are searching for hardworking and energetic people to lead our team of movers. It will be your responsibility to make sure every customer has a great experience and a smooth move. This means having great leadership skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. For those with little or no experience, we will train the right candidate. Pay is $22-$28 per hour (including tips.) Training takes up to 2 months. Pay during training $20 - $22 per hour (including tips.)

General Job Duties:

• Driving NON-CDL box trucks.
• Prep and protect furniture and fragile items.
• Lead your team to safely and efficiently move customer belongings.
• Oversee light disassembly and assembly of furniture.
• Provide great customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
