Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for building and coaching our team, coordinating job logistics, managing trucks and fleet safety, ensuring every job runs smoothly, and facilitating growth. You will serve as the central connection point between our crews, customers, warehouse, and leadership team; ensuring high performance, operational excellence, and a positive team culture
Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Job Planning & Logistics: Schedule jobs, assign crews, trucks, and materials
- Dispatch & Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth dispatch
- Fleet & Motive Management: Maintain trucks, safety scores, and onboard new vehicles
- Warehouse, Supplies, & Storage Management: Organize warehouse, manage supplies, storage, and shipments.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of business, team management, logistics or other relevant experience.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to drive Non-CDL box trucks as needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Slides, etc.
