You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.

Duties
- Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment according to schematics and design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on systems we install
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or field service roles with a focus on HVAC installation or maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, hydronic systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in the field
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
Preferred Certifications:
VT Oil
VT Propane/Natural Gas
EPA Universal
Plumbing License (Master or Type S)
Electrical License (Master or Type S)

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
