Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks lifting, sorting, using pallets and forklifts. Some labor with computer experience will be assigned data entry.
Payrate $17hr
Schedule 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2:30pm
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools.
- Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing basic maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual -Highly preferred
6 Months temp to perm (benefits offered once permanent- 401k, vision, dental, medical, OT opportunities, bonuses)
The employees must buy their steel toed shoes. All other PPE will be provided by ERI (back brace, mask, goggles, gloves)-must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds daily-Once they start, they will be trained and will watch training videos during their shift.
