We are a trusted local pest control company dedicated to keeping homes and businesses in the Kenosha area safe, comfortable, and pest-free. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll inspect properties, identify pest issues, apply safe and effective treatments, and help customers prevent future problems. No two days are the same—you'll work independently on your route while enjoying the satisfaction of solving real problems for your neighbors.

-Key Responsibilities-
- Drive a company vehicle to residential and commercial customer locations on an assigned daily route
- Perform thorough interior and exterior inspections to identify pests (ants, spiders, rodents, cockroaches, termites, bed bugs, wasps, etc.), entry points, and conducive conditions
- Diagnose pest problems and recommend appropriate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions, including prevention tips
- Safely apply pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion methods according to label instructions, company procedures, and state regulations
- Install rodent-proofing materials, seal entry points, and perform minor exclusion/repair work (caulking, screening, etc.)
- Educate customers on pest biology, treatment processes, safety precautions, and steps they can take to reduce future risk
- Maintain accurate service records, route documentation, and customer notes via mobile app or paperwork
- Keep service vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and low callback rates
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- -REQUIREMENTS-
- Wisconsin/ Illinois Pest control applicator license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to perform the job: lift/carry up to 50 Ibs, bend, kneel, crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Basic smartphone/tablet proficiency for digital routing and reporting

- Previous pest control, or related field experience
- Knowledge of common Midwest pests and seasonal patterns
