Bilingual Warehouse Clerk – Waukesha, WIReports to: Logistics DirectorJob Summary:Under the direction of the Logistics Director, the Bilingual Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, classifying, and preparing goods, maintaining the warehouse, and assisting with order fulfillment and truck loading. This role ensures the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.Main Responsibilities:Receive, check, identify, and classify goods.Perform operational tasks including labeling, order picking, and truck loading.Prepare and verify labels for outgoing shipments.Participate in monthly and annual inventory counts.Prepare sample orders as needed.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Assist with minor repairs and building maintenance.Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking and understanding).High school diploma or equivalent.Certification in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) is required.Good physical condition for lifting, loading, and unloading tasks.Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate with a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.Commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.Work Schedule:1st shift, 37.5 hours/weekMonday to FridayNo overtimeDress Code & PPE:Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots.Comfortable work clothing (pants or jeans) allowing free movement.Jewelry kept to a minimum (no dangling earrings, necklaces, or loose bracelets).Long hair must be tied back; no loose accessories or scarves.Gloves and other PPE will be provided as needed.Location: Waukesha, WICompany DescriptionOn-Site Staffing Services is a family owned and operated employment placement agency taking a hands-on approach to creating a skilled workforce in the greater Milwaukee area.
