Position Summary:
On Site Personnel is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for supporting office performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational excellence across all assigned regions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable traveling frequently to ensure consistency, growth, and compliance across all offices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Branch Operations Oversight
- Oversee daily operations across multiple offices to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance
- Support branch teams in achieving headcount, fill rate, and revenue goals
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures are followed
2. Client Relationship Management
- Visit client sites regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a key point of contact for high-level client concerns and escalations
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions
- Support account expansion and retention initiatives
3. Training & Development
- Train and mentor Branch Managers, Account Managers, and Recruiters
- Assist in onboarding new office locations and new team members
- Develop and implement best practices across all offices
- Ensure consistency in recruiting, onboarding, and operational processes
4. Business Growth & Strategy
- Support business development efforts across all regions
- Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and accounts
- Collaborate with leadership to execute company growth strategies
- Monitor regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights
5. Travel & Field Support
- Travel regularly (50%) to different offices and client sites across multiple states
- Provide on-site operational support, including assisting with orientations, staffing plans, and issue resolution
- Step in to support branches during high-demand periods or staffing challenges
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or multi-site operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across multiple states
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and staffing/ATS systems (Avionté preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in light industrial staffing
- Experience managing multi-state operations
- Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a plus
