Clinical RN Manager – Lead with Impact in a Unique Onsite Care Model

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Oversee and support operations for on of our largest sites in North Phoenix
- Ensure consistent clinic coverage through effective staffing and scheduling
- Conduct regular clinic visits
- Develop clinical staff to foster team growth and excellence
- Manage team performance and promote clinical accountability
- Partner with leadership to align strategic goals and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- BSN Registered Nurse with 6 years of experience.
- 2 Years of Occupational Health Clinical Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills (including use of tech platforms)
- Able to manage large teams effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA and Workers Compensation
- BLS required
