We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy experience to join our growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Lake Havasu City.
We are the first and only Direct Primary Care clinic in Mohave County, offering a modern, relationship-based approach that prioritizes time, access, and high-quality patient care over volume.
We are building something different and meaningful for the Lake Havasu community and surrounding areas, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth.
This role starts PRN, with a clear pathway to part-time and full-time as we expand.
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection safely and independently
- Travel locally to patient homes/workplaces for mobile lab draws (required)
- Patient intake: vitals, medical history, and documentation in EHR
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and support care coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Medical Assistant experience (clinic or outpatient preferred)
- Strong phlebotomy skills (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively with leadership
- Ability to manage time, routes, and patient interactions autonomously
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience with EHR systems and medical documentation

Compensation:
- $20 – $26/hour, depending on experience
