What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hydraulic Hose Technician position at On-Site Hose of Greenville LLC?
On-Site Hose Inc is a family owned local business based out of Apex, NC.
This position would be for our Greenville, NC location.
Here at On-Site Hose, technicians specialize in fabricating and installing hydraulic hoses on commercial application such as mobile construction equipment and other industrial applications. This position pays exceptionally well.
Sales Trainees do not have to have previous hydraulic experience, On-Site Hose will train mechanically inclined individuals to become an expert in hydraulic fabrication and installation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Fabricating hoses per customer specs within the shop
- Tending to customers needs within the shop
- Assisting field technicians on job sites
- Calling on customers in assigned areas and tending to their needs
- Fabricating and installing hydraulic hoses on heavy machinery
- Some hydraulic maintenance on machinery
- Taking after hours calls during specific weeks throughout the year
- Installing fittings on heavy machinery
- Maintaining a company vehicle
Requires a clean NC drivers license and basic mechanical skills. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly. Must provide a NC MVR.
