Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking a leader with a proven track record of excellence in construction project management, specifically within concrete and poured wall operations. You should possess a relentless drive, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a crew effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Management & Oversight:
- Oversee residential and commercial poured wall projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, concrete ordering, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, address site issues promptly, and ensure strict adherence to engineering specifications and safety codes.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain high standards of quality, form alignment, and structural efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers for seamless project execution.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
Subcontractor & Crew Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage laborers and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on crew and subcontractor performance.
- Act as the primary communication hub between the field crew, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5 years of residential and/or commercial construction project management experience (poured walls/concrete experience highly preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction processes, formwork, codes, and regulations.
- Expertise in managing crews and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Truck preferred but not required).
- Willingness to travel up to 1.5 hours to job sites as needed.
