As a contractor with On Point Roadside Services, you will be an important part of our mission to deliver fast, professional, and affordable roadside services. Responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly and professionally to roadside service requests
- Performing services such as:
- Tire changes
- Jump starts
- Lockouts
- Fuel delivery
- Battery replacement
- Communicating with dispatch and customers to ensure excellent service
- Following safety procedures to protect yourself, the customer, and their vehicle
- Representing On Point Roadside Services with integrity and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, honest, and motivated to work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic roadside tools (or willingness to obtain them)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch
- Prior roadside assistance or automotive experience is helpful but not required
