Leadership Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales representatives

- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews

Sales & Performance Responsibilities

- Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Track team performance metrics and report results
- Reduce cancellations and improve customer retention
- Ensure all representatives maintain ethical and professional sales practices

Required Qualifications
