Whether you’re looking to pick up additional shifts or build a flexible PRN schedule, we offer competitive hourly pay, W-2 employment, and the freedom to choose per-diem shifts that fit your availability.
Pay & Scheduling
- Registered Nurses: $46–$65 per hour
- Licensed Practical Nurses: $40–$55 per hour
- Priority Pay options: Get paid per shift or weekly (or a mix of both)
- Employment type: Per diem / PRN
- Available shifts: Days (AM), evenings (PM), and overnights (NOC)
- Choose available shifts based on your schedule
$400 Halloween Sign-On Bonus
Earn a $400 sign-on bonus by meeting the following requirements:
- Apply before midnight, October 31st.
- Complete onboarding within 14 days.
- Complete your first 80 hours worked within 90 days.
Applicable protected-leave exceptions apply.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- At least one year of nursing experience required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- A reliable, professional approach to patient care and teamwork
