What You’ll Do:
- Smile, a lot. Your smile sets the tone for the entire guest experience.
- Greet every guest the moment they arrive (and maybe even before they’ve fully walked in).
- Start the conversation. Ask what brought them in, what they’re celebrating, and how you can make their visit special.
- Make the rounds. Do regular laps around the building to check in, tidy up, bus tables, and chat with guests; you’re part host, part cheerleader, part quality-control ninja.
- Keep things looking great. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment where guests want to stay awhile.
- Be the heartbeat of hospitality. Work closely with the team to create a lively, positive, and unforgettable atmosphere.
