What are the responsibilities and job description for the SRA SITE MAINTENANCE BROOKS CO. position at ON OUR OWN SERVICES INC?
Complete routine and emergency repairs on the grounds and structures of the rest area as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
- Replace floor tiles.
- Repair restroom stall doors, locks, and hinges.
- Paint inside/outside of buildings.
- Groundskeeping activities such as cutting grass with a zero-turn mower, edging, planting, and mulching. Perform routine preventive maintenance such as inspecting and cleaning gutters, replacing air conditioner filters, checking for roof leaks, testing fire alarms, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, checking for loose plumbing fixtures, and lubricating door hinges.
- Light plumbing.
- Open/close work orders via email or telephone.
- Communicate supply needs for projects with the supervisor.
- Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures.
Technical training or certifications in relevant areas like plumbing, electrical, or HVAC are highly beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Technology Required:
Must be able to own and operate a smart phone, send/receive text messages, and send/receive email.
