The Role And What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll execute fulfillment operations for events, ensuring guests receive their tickets, credentials, and hospitality materials accurately and on time:
- Execute on-site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, Combat Sports and other verticals
- Process and track shipments, coordinate with shipping vendors on day-to-day logistics
- Work with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverables
- Provide broker exchange marketplace support and flag issues in real time
- Maintain accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment tracking
- Follow all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processes
- Perform reconciliation tasks and assist with first-level customer inquiries and escalations
- Prepare event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specifications
- Utilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Support on-site event setup, check-in, and guest-facing fulfillment activities
- 2 years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to travel for on-site event support as required
- Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms or credential management systems
- Experience with shipping, tracking, or warehouse operations
- Background in guest-facing or customer service roles
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
