DEPARTMENT: Premium Sales REPORTS TO: Vice President of Sales Manager, Sales THE ROLE The Manager of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and providing leadership and mentorship to 4-6 entry level sales reps while driving accountability, culture, and results. This individual will also be responsible for an individual and team revenue goal by selling On Location premium event products including the NFL, NCAA, PGA, WWE, UFC, MLB and many more. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop Inside Sales reps with the focus of generating and increasing new sales Lead, motivate, develop, and retain Inside Sales staff for future succession and opportunity within On Location Monitor, manage and evaluate Inside Sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development Develop department business plan, training strategy, scripts, policies, and procedures Assist and help conduct sales conversations via phone presentations and virtual meetings Meet or exceed established yearly individual and team revenue goals Develop and execute relationships with other departments including marketing, CRM, finance, and events Perform additional duties as assigned Travel Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or Sport Management Preferred Must have at least 4 years of experience in a sales position, with a proven record of consistently achieving sales goals/targets Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills Must be organized, creative, enthusiastic, and analytical Detail Oriented Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) CORE VALUES As the leading experiences company in the world, we strive to be the most innovative and passionate — the best of the best.
