On Line Design, Inc. is seeking a full-time Graphic & UI Designer in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will create high-quality visual content across print, digital, and product UI while ensuring brand consistency and design excellence.
This position focuses on developing layouts, illustrations, marketing collateral, and digital interface designs that support product teams and brand initiatives. You will interpret brand guidelines into digital UI, produce mockups and prototypes, and collaborate closely with UX partners and software engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and accurate implementation
Key Responsibility
- Build creative concepts and execute visual strategies across packaging, promotional materials, eCommerce, social media, and other consumer touchpoint
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are consistently and creatively applied in all design output
- Present and justify conceptual and directional design decisions to stakeholders and team member
- Deliver high‑quality, detail‑oriented design work with accountability for flawless execution
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of the design process to bring ideas to life effectively
- Partner with fellow creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support business needs and achieve project goal
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a closely related fie
- 2–6 years of full‑time design work (excluding freelance)
- Passion for beauty with knowledge of category trends, competitive landscape, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience designing for digital, packaging, and in‑store displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
- Familiarity with digital UX/UI principles and AI‑enabled tools for rapid prototyping, iteration, and enhanced creativity.
- Strong communication skills to justify design choices, collaborate with multifunctional partners, and exchange constructive feedback.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
