What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Building Engineer – HVAC Engineer position at On Demand Technical Staffing?
We are seeking an experienced Building Engineer with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair commercial HVAC and building systems
- Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, controls, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests
- Assist with general building maintenance
- Support and train junior engineers when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC experience required
- Connecticut S2 or D2 License preferred
- 2 years of building maintenance/HVAC experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification a plus
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
