Outbound Sales Rep

We’re looking for the salesperson who shows up every day ready to hunt. The person who enjoys prospecting, chasing new opportunities, and building a pipeline from scratch. This position is not remote. You will either be in office or in the field doing B2B by knocking on doors and going to job sites.

At On Demand Staffing, our best salespeople don’t wait for leads — they create them.

This is a role for someone who:
• Makes daily sales calls to create new opportunities
• Conducts site visits with prospective clients
• Is comfortable knocking on doors and introducing themselves to businesses
• Consistently prospects, follows up, and builds pipeline
• Handles rejection and keeps going
• Builds relationships and closes deals
