We are a growing irrigation and landscaping company seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality service for our residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems
- Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and team members
- Monitor job sites for safety, efficiency, and quality control
- Assist with estimates, materials ordering, and budgeting
- Train and mentor employees as needed
- Payroll experience as must
Qualifications
- Previous experience in irrigation, landscaping, or grounds management
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of Commerical Bidding Systems
- Knowledge of landscape design
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping practices, and equipment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Quick books experience
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Bi-lingual is a plus
