What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Support Consultant position at ON DEMAND Paralegal Services, LLC?
ON DEMAND Paralegal Services, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Litigation Support Consultant to join our litigation operations team.
We provide large-scale case-management and litigation-support services to law firms and corporate clients. Our team supports matters from intake through discovery, depositions, settlement, trial preparation, and case closure.
Rather than assigning every case to one individual, ODPS operates through specialized workflow teams. This allows employees to build practical litigation experience while working in a structured and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and assigned workflow, you may:
- Support litigation matters from intake through resolution.
- Review pleadings, discovery, correspondence, repair records, sales records, deposition notices, and other case materials.
- Prepare pleadings, notices, discovery documents, subpoenas, chronologies, case summaries, and client reports.
- Assist with discovery and document productions.
- Coordinate depositions, vehicle inspections, and expert-related activities.
- Obtain and follow up on dealer and third-party records.
- Assist with settlement demands, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.
- Monitor deadlines and outstanding tasks.
- Maintain accurate electronic case files.
- Identify missing information and potential deadline risks.
- Record case activity and billable time accurately.
- Maintain an average of 8 billable hours per workday, consistent with workload, client requirements, and Company policies.
- Prepare clear billing narratives.
- Support other workflow teams when needed.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, proofreading, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to learn case-management and document-management systems.
- Reliable attendance and availability during the assigned schedule.
For remote opportunities, candidates must have a professional, secure, and distraction-controlled workspace.
