Staffing Manager Sales

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The staffing manager will encourage an engaged management team and guard our values. You will analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance, lead and encourage employees to maximize performance, and ensure a strong talent pipeline. You will collaborate with human resources to create and implement succession plans for key management and supervisors and advance cohesion between various internal departments.

Establish relationships with employers, our customers. Create a model of responsiveness with high level customer service.  Key relationships are built with CEO’s, Owners, COO’s and HR Directors.

To be successful in this role you will ensure the quality of operations and customer service, inspire staff to give their all, and expand the company's footprint and strengthen their reputation. Ideal candidates are ambitious and performance-oriented with exceptional people skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and manage Valley Recovery Partners Staffing Division including sales, recruiting and staff management
• Work with Marketing to establish advertising and social media presence to promote the growth and word of mouth of VRPS
• Work with Executive Director and Leadership to design and establish a business model for VRPS
• Manage budget within the requirements of established laws and company practices
• Work with additional internal departments to foster growth of VRPS
• Contact and engage with potential clients to build a relationship for our staffing employees
• Contact and engage with potential clients to foster business relationships with companies purchasing our services
• Promote DFWP and safety to employees and clients to establish and grow existing relationships within company divisions
• Manage and research growth potential outside of direct market

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a director or in a managerial capacity focused on business development
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
• Familiarity with human resource functions such as safety, health and retention
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
