Responsibilities:
As an RN in our Detox and Residential units, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Monitor and support clients through withdrawal management and stabilization
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure safe, effective care
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Respond to medical and behavioral needs with professionalism and sound clinical judgment
- Build trust with clients through empathy, respect, and compassionate care
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Ohio RN license
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A genuine passion for helping individuals in recovery
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
