Status/Schedule: Full-time; 12-hour shifts with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with counselors, medical professionals, and organizational leadership to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support patients in achieving sustainable mental health and recovery goals
- Manage multiple clinical priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Participate in on-call coverage approximately once every six weeks
Qualifications
- Current and valid Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of all required continuing medical education (CME)
