Job Title: Migration Support Technician
Duration: 6 weeks contract
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility to work weekends if needed
Location: (Onsite) Woodbury, MN
Job Overview
- We are launching a new short-term IT project and are seeking four (4) technical resources to support the effort. The project is expected to last six (6) weeks, with one resource extending an additional four (4) weeks based on project needs and performance.
Project Scope:
- Resources will be responsible for migrating Windows laptops from one Microsoft tenant to another. This includes hands-on device work and coordination within a support team environment.
Required Skill Set:
- Experience in a support or desktop support team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Hands-on experience with hardware, specifically laptops
Additional Notes:
- While this is a project-based role, there may be an opportunity to transition qualified resources to other projects upon successful completion.
The projected hourly range for this position is $20-25/hr.
