Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months contract – potential to extend
Location: Remote (Chicago, Illinois)
Overview:
- Support VRO team with functional business analysis and data-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
- Develop 2B process maps
- Work with data, dashboards, and KPIs
- Document data flows
- Manage and support Jira, Confluence, and backlogs
- Contribute to data models
- Produce executive-level materials
- Collaborate with analytics teams
Tools/Technologies:
- Lucidchart
- Visio
- Excel
- Jira
- Confluence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7–10 years of experience
- Background is open (functional focus)
The projected hourly range for this position is $45-53/hr.
