We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company as we continue to expand our fleet and operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist prospective customers with rental qualifications and pricing
- Follow up with leads and waitlist customers
- Schedule vehicle pickups, returns, maintenance appointments, and inspections
- Maintain professional communication with all customers
Vehicle Check-In & Check-Out
- Conduct vehicle check-in inspections with customers
- Complete vehicle condition reports
- Verify customer documentation and identification
- Take required vehicle and customer photos
- Review rental agreements with customers
- Ensure vehicles are properly prepared before customer pickup
Administrative Duties
- Update customer records and rental information
- Track rental payments and due dates
- Document maintenance needs and vehicle issues
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Assist management with daily operational tasks
Fleet Support
- Coordinate with mechanics regarding maintenance and repairs
- Monitor vehicle availability and rental status
- Assist with scheduling maintenance and inspections
- Help ensure vehicles remain rental-ready
Qualifications
