Compensation: $150-200k/year mid and year end bonuses with no ceiling

Our client is a boutique litigation firm based in White Plains, focused on representing businesses and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes. The firm handles high-profile matters involving commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, media and entertainment matters, and shareholder and partnership conflicts.
They’re seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney (6 years of experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle large-scale commercial litigation
- Independently draft and argue motions, complaints, pleadings, and discovery
- Produce high-quality, litigation-ready work product
- Conduct depositions
- Conduct advanced legal research and writing
- Collaborate with partners and litigation team on case strategy
Qualifications
- 6 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active New York State Bar admission
- Work independently on complex cases
- Manage deadlines in active litigation
Work Structure
- On-site (White Plains, NY) with flexibility to work remotely on an as-needed basis
- Billable expectation: approximately 1,800–2,000 hours
