What are the responsibilities and job description for the Music Teacher position at On Beat Schools?
About This Opportunity
This role is not a standard employment position. If you're looking for W-2 classification, set hours, or guaranteed hourly pay, this will not be the right fit.
Instead, this opportunity is designed for independent music teachers who want to create and grow their own private lesson business—supported by established systems, strategic guidance, and ongoing marketing to help you generate consistent income from teaching.
If building something of your own excites you, read on.
How the Partnership Works
We collaborate with dedicated music educators who want the freedom of running a personal studio without handling every operational detail alone. You stay in control of your teaching approach, schedule, and workspace, while we support the business side and help connect you with students.
You lead the studio. We support the foundation.
