What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at On A Roll Cafe?
We're looking to hire full and part-time cooks to join us on the line! We are a busy upscale breakfast and lunch restaurant taking great pride in the food we put out. Candidates must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and some holidays between 6am and 4pm. A ServSafe Certification isn't required, but it is a plus. As a 3-time winner of Best of the Berkshires, we expect our cooks to produce high-quality, consistent food made to our specifications.
Ideally we're looking for a candidate who has two years experience as a line cook, takes pride in their work, someone who is dependable, punctual, a quick learner, and has a passion for cooking from scratch.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Learning/executing all recipes & dishes to our specs
Must be able to work well under pressure
Keep station properly stocked & organized at all times
Must be a TEAM player
Must maintain a "clean as you go" attitude
