This is an in-house, part-time position supporting daily operations and ensuring a clean, sanitary, and professional environment for employees and visitors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfacesEmpty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properlyPerform general cleaning in warehouse and light industrial spacesRestock janitorial and restroom supplies as neededClean high-touch areas, doors, windows, walls, and fixturesIdentify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortagesFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and OMW workplace regulationsSecure buildings at the end of shifts when requiredQualificationsPrevious janitorial or facilities cleaning experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessReliable and punctual with consistent attendanceAbility to communicate effectively with supervisorsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 40 poundsAbility to work in both office and warehouse/industrial environmentsWork EnvironmentCombination of office and warehouse settingsExposure to cleaning chemicals (training and PPE provided in compliance with Cal/OSHA standards)Compensation & Employment DetailsHourly, non-exempt positionOvertime paid in accordance with California labor lawsMeal and rest periods provided in compliance with California regulationsCompensation based on experience.
