Omusubi is coming to the United States, and we are building our founding team in Torrance, California. We are hiring a Shop Manager, Supervisors, and Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members. Candidates with restaurant, café, coffee shop, or retail service experience are encouraged to apply.
Position: Omotenashi Manager (Shop Manager)

Role Overview:
The Omotenashi Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, leads supervisors and team members, manages service flow, and ensures exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced fast-casual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead and coach supervisors and team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and service standards
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Monitor POS systems and operational reporting
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and hospitality
Ideal Background:
- 2 years restaurant management experience
- Fast casual, café, or retail leadership preferred
- Experience with POS systems and service operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume environments
